ReadyBuild Systems provides digital products, tools, templates, calculators, SOPs, and training materials (“Products”) that are delivered instantly upon purchase. Because digital files cannot be returned or verified as unused, all sales are final.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.

1. Digital Products Are Non-Refundable

All purchases of ReadyBuild Systems Products are non-refundable.
We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or credits for:

• Accidental purchases

• Change of mind

• Purchasing the wrong product

• Lack of product usage

• Inability to operate spreadsheet or software programs

• Misunderstanding what the Product includes

This policy applies to all Products sold on www.readybuildsystems.com.

2. Duplicate Charges

If you believe you were charged twice for the same Product due to a technical error, email us at customercase@readybuildsystems.com and we will investigate.

3. Technical Issues With Download or Access

If you experience a problem downloading your Product, we will assist you in regaining access.

Examples include:

• File not opening

• Corrupt download

• Broken link

• Missing email delivery

Email customercase@readybuildsystems.com with your order details, and we will resend the download or provide a working link.

Note: Technical assistance does not include customizing, modifying, or redesigning Products for your specific workflow.

4. Product Descriptions

Each Product includes a description so buyers understand what they are purchasing.
If you have questions before buying, contact us — we are happy to provide clarity.

Purchasing a Product without reviewing the description does not qualify for a refund.

5. Unauthorized Sharing or Misuse

Unauthorized sharing, redistributing, or posting our Products online is a violation of our Terms & Conditions and may result in:

• Revocation of license

• Denial of future access

• Legal action where necessary

No refunds will be issued for accounts or licenses revoked due to misuse.
